Commissioned Orders
How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing before shipment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details. Commissioned pieces my take up to 6 weeks to process. Please see the details in the Shipping Tag. To track the progress of your package, simply click on the tracking link provided in the email.
What is the shipping policy?
We offer standard shipping via USPS (US Postal Service) for most orders. Please allow up to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing before shipment. Once your order is shipped, delivery within the USA typically takes 5-7 business days.
